Sarah founded the Essence of Empowerment Therapy as she saw a need for affirming, trauma informed care to empower clients and families in their life. Sarah is driven by learning from, growing with, and empowering others to their individual success. She hopes to build a space where clients feel heard, and clinicians can support one another thriving together in an inclusive space. Sarah also enjoys providing instruction as an adjunct, trainings to affirm neruo-diversity, and clinical supervision to aspiring therapists to support other clinicians peruse their passions.
