Meet the Founder/Owner
Sarah Zillweger M.S., LPC/AZ, LPCC/CA, NCC, ASDCS, CCTP, Autplay Therapist
Sarah founded the Essence of Empowerment Therapy as she saw a need for neuro-affriming, trauma informed care to empower clients and families in their life. Sarah is driven by learning from, growing with, and empowering others to their individual success. She hopes to build a space where clients feel heard, and clinicians can support one another all thriving together in an inclusive space. Sarah also enjoys providing trainings to affirm neruo-diversity, support other clinicians, photography, and being an adjunct professor.
